Professional Staff
Our staff is trained by the Alzheimer’s Association and undergo ongoing specialized dementia training. Compassion, creativity, flexibility and a warm sense of humor are some of the key traits of our caring staff. At the Regency Club it’s not about the bells and whistles it’s about relationships between the care partners and the person suffering from memory impairment. With our highly skilled team of professionals, families can have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is in a warm, safe and caring environment.
Gourmet Meals
Meal time is an event at The Regency Club – a chance for socialization & and a wonderful way to stimulate the senses. We take extreme care to make sure that our members receive the best nutrition, needed caloric intake and are well hydrated to stay healthy and active. We serve 3 “brain healthy” delicious meals each day. Additionally, we have refreshments and an open café for light snacks at any time during the day. We can also accommodate vegetarian, Kosher, diabetic and many other restrictive diets
Beauty Services
Members can enjoy haircuts, shaves, wash and sets and even hair coloring treatments at our on-site salon.
Memory Enhanced Activities
The club focuses on many activities such as “Name that tune” and discussion groups about “Do you remember when…” to stimulate the memory of our members.
Extended Daily Hours
The club is open Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Hourly Services Available
Caregivers can benefit from short respite stays to enable them to run an errand, go out to lunch with a friend or even just take a nap.
Secured Home Like Setting
Our Design team specifically used the most recent Alzheimer’s and Dementia research to design The Regency Club. The facility is warm, inviting, secure and can accommodate members who may wander. The décor was inspired by their era and selected to spark positive memories
Support Groups
All caregivers and families of our members are invited to join our monthly complimentary lunch outings. This gives our families much needed support to know that they are not alone on this journey.
Transportation
We provide free door to door transportation. Our luxurious vehicles pick up as well as drop off our local members.
Personal Care
We are equipped to assist our members with all of their personal care needs. Assistance is provided for eating, bathing, grooming, toileting and mobility as needed. Our specially trained staff always takes privacy and modesty into consideration
