New Innovative Memory Care Facility Opens in River Edge

The Regency Memory Care Club, a memory care social day club designed with the specific purpose of caring for those with memory impairment from Alzheimer’s to Dementia, opened its second location in New Jersey, in River Edge. The grand opening kicked off with a ribbon cutting ceremony with River Edge Mayor Sandy Moscaritolo.

Innovative Memory Care Facility Opens in River Edge

“The number of individuals experiencing stages of memory loss is continuing to increase each year, and we are committed to helping our members get the most out of every day,” says Kristi McKenna, director of operations at The Regency Club. “By opening this new location, we are able to bring our innovative approach to more residents of New Jersey, keeping them engaged, socially and physically active and mentally stimulated. We look forward to introducing local families in Bergen County and surrounding areas to a solution that offers our members the ability to thrive and live an active life while remaining in their homes.”

For the past six years, The Regency Club has provided individuals with mental stimulation in a secured environment designed specifically for those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia at its first location in Toms River. The Regency also serves as a resource to families and the community, offering education, guidance and information, caring for people through all stages of Alzheimer’s Disease and memory impairment.
